Be Part of Something Eternal

If you’re passionate about mobilizing the Church for global mission and equipping leaders to fulfill the Great Commission, this role is for you.

Lead. Shepherd. Inspire.
As Director of Member Care, you’ll oversee a team dedicated to caring for and equipping our field workers—helping them stay healthy, focused, and fruitful in their calling. If you have a heart for missions, a passion for pastoring others, and proven leadership experience, this is your opportunity to make an eternal impact.
At Frontiers, we believe God is calling His Church to bring the Gospel to the least-reached Muslim peoples. Our workers serve in some of the most challenging places on earth—and they need strong, grace-filled support to thrive. That’s where you come in.
Why Join Frontiers? When you join Frontiers, you become part of a grace-filled, mission-driven community that:
- Prioritizes the least-reached – We focus on Muslim peoples with no sustainable Gospel witness.
- Catalyzes movements – Everything we do contributes to planting healthy, reproducing churches.
- Empowers teams – Our teams serve with a common vision and freedom to pursue locally appropriate strategies.
- Values lifelong learning – We are dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and continuous growth.
- Operates with integrity – Decisions are made by those closest to the action, ensuring effectiveness and accountability.

- Participate in crisis management and leadership teams
- Raise 100% of your financial support (salary, benefits, ministry expenses)
What We’re Looking For
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for missions
- 3–5 years of missions experience (living overseas or extensive interaction with field workers)
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills; esteemed for spiritual maturity and wisdom
- Experience in pastoral care or life coaching (3 years preferred)
