Third Culture Kids Ministry
What are Third Culture Kids (TCKs)?
TCKs are children raised in a culture outside their parents’ cultures or passport culture.
Instead of fully identifying with their parents’ cultures or their host cultures, they connect deeply with other TCKs who share similar experiences.
TCKs are adaptable, highly mobile, and globally minded. Many also experience compounded loss and struggle to feel a sense of belonging.
Frontiers’ TCK ministry exists to help children and their families navigate the unique challenges of living overseas and equips them to thrive on the field.
Serve TCKs
You might not have TCKs in your household, but you can make a difference in their lives.
Volunteer at an Event
Help meet the TCK Team’s biggest need by serving in a practical way. Join us at one of our pre-field training events or international conferences, where you can help teach and bless TCKs.
Sponsor a Volunteer
Help a volunteer attend an event. You can donate airline miles or make a financial gift to sponsor someone who wants to serve TCKs at an event but who doesn’t have the funds to do so.
Become a Mentor
Serve teenage TCKs as a trusted adult who can mentor them through the challenges of adolescence. You’ll have the unique chance to be a blessing during a critical season of a TCK’s life.
Pray for TCKs
Your prayers make an impact in the lives of children, their families, and the people they’re serving. Contact us to learn about the specific needs and events you can be praying for.
