Support for Your TCK

Frontiers offers special programs, resources, and events for you and your family—both before you move overseas and while you’re on the field.

    TCK Team

Frontiers’ team of TCK family coaches, specialists, and coordinators exists to help families like yours thrive on the field. They walk with your family through the unique challenges of living overseas such as transitions, grief and loss, and more.

    TCK Mentoring Program

Living between cultures can be especially difficult for teenage TCKs. The TCK Mentoring Program provides teens with trusted adult mentors who can encourage them through transitions, provide safe spaces for them to ask questions, and help them process the challenges of adolescence.

    Events

    • CS Kids: During Candidate School (Frontiers’ pre-field training program), children join a special track designed to help ease their transition to the field. We’ll equip kids to learn how to thrive no matter where they land.
    • Oasis Retreat: This retreat is for Frontiers families on break from the field and provides a special time of rest and refreshment with other workers, TCKs, staff, and coaches.
    • International and Regional Conferences: At conferences, children gather with other TCKs from around the world for fun activities and biblical teaching, forming deep friendships with peers.
